Not at all. My classes are fully beginner-friendly. I guide you through everything step by step, and there’s no pressure to know any poses beforehand.
Anything comfortable that lets you move easily — leggings, joggers, vest tops, T-shirts. No special yoga clothes needed. Just make sure you can stretch without feeling restricted.
Just a yoga mat. Everything else — blankets, bolsters, blocks — is completely optional and only if you already have them. You don’t need anything fancy to come to class.
Absolutely. Flexibility is not a requirement — it’s something that gently improves over time. Yoga is about how your body feels, not how it looks in a pose.
Booking in advance is recommended as spaces are limited. Once you book, you’ll receive confirmation and payment details. Pay as you go also available if spaces allow.
If you have an injury or health condition, please feel free to let me know before class. I’ll always offer options so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body.
